3c- Seong Chi Sau (Double sticking Hands)

3d- advanced footwork drills

Additional info:

It's a total of 38 and a 1/2 hours training over the 7 days starting 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.

All participants of the training camp will receive a training camp T-shirt and upon completion of the training camp will also receive a certificate of training.

The 7 days training is £300*

You are responsible for sorting out own hotel and flights. The event is based at Sveltos Hotel in Larnaca.
