B- How to Huen Sau correctly between Hand positions
C- Bong Sau Drill with associated movements, structures and foot work.
D- Bong Sau Drill applied to Chi Sau

Day 3
A- Poon Sau (Rolling Hands)
B- Chor Ma (Ving Tsun Turning Stance)
C- Dominating your opponents structure
D- Sik Sau (Eating Hand)

Day 4
A- The Fab 4
B- Techniques
C- Q and A
